Terms & Conditions

1. Quotations & Validity
   All quotations provided are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. After this time, quotes may be subject to review or modification based on project requirements and current rates.
2. Project Scope & Revisions
   The quotation covers only the scope of work detailed within it. Any revisions, additional features, or work outside the original scope will incur additional charges. Before proceeding, we will provide an updated estimate or quote for any additional work for your approval.
3. Out-of-Pocket Expenses
   Any external costs (e.g., stock images, third-party software) will be billed separately as needed and must be paid promptly.
4. Project Commencement & Payments
   Work will commence once we receive written acceptance of the quote and an upfront payment equalling 50% of the total quoted amount. This upfront payment includes a nonrefundable deposit of 10% to secure the project in our schedule and cover initial preparation. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to the website or project going live.
5. Cancellation Policy
   In the event of cancellation after project commencement, the nonrefundable deposit will be retained to cover administrative costs and initial project preparation. Additional charges may apply for any work completed beyond the initial deposit.
6. Delivery & Timeline
   We are committed to delivering projects within the agreed timeline, subject to your timely feedback and required inputs. Delays in receiving necessary information from you may result in extended project timelines.
7. Intellectual Property
   Upon full payment, ownership of the project deliverables will be transferred to you. However, we reserve the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials.
8. Liability
   While we take every measure to ensure project functionality and accuracy, we are not liable for any issues arising from third-party software, hosting, or changes made after project delivery. Concepts not chosen remain our property, and we reserve the right to use finished work for promotional purposes.
9. Confidentiality
   All client information and project details will be treated as confidential and won’t be shared without written consent.
10. Acceptance
    By accepting our quote and providing the initial payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
11. Jurisdiction
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by Queensland law.
